Evara Health is a reputable not-for-profit healthcare organization in Pinellas County, FL, seeking a skilled Contact Center Representative to join our team.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a dynamic team. As a Contact Center Rep, you will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and document patient information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory agencies' guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in basic computer applications, and experience working in a call center or front office healthcare setting.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure seamless operations by scheduling appointments, pre-registering patients, and documenting information accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory agencies' guidelines while working with sensitive patient data.
- Meet performance expectations regarding quality, productivity, and teamwork.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $42,000 - $52,000 per annum, based on experience.
