Customer Service Representative

Our network of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) service centers, warehouse facilities, and dedicated locations enables us to offer flexible and seamless integrated solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers via phone, fax, and email to provide information, resolve issues, and handle requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, and coordinating with internal departments and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule pick-ups, trace shipments, and provide shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and freight charges.
- Customer Communication: Coordinate communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and C.O.D. shipments.
- Reporting and Auditing: Compile and deliver custom reports, perform daily audits of reports, and document all customer interactions for follow-up and record-keeping purposes.
- Technical Skills: Assist customers with “My Pyle” registration and utilization of our website.
- Experience: Experience in a fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and basic typing skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a team.
