Job Summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and handling requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule pick-ups, trace shipments, and provide shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and freight charges
  • Coordinate with internal departments and partners to schedule shipments and handle customer issues
  • Schedule delivery appointments and handle re-consignments
  • Coordinate communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and C.O.D. shipments
  • Ensure accurate billing of shipments
  • Compile and deliver custom reports, perform daily audits of reports
  • Document all customer interactions for follow-up and record-keeping purposes
  • Assist customers with "My Pyle" registration and utilization of our website
  • Meet standards for all Key Performance Indicators (Call Quality, Process Knowledge Assessment, Adherence to Schedule, "Make Busy" %, Contacts per Hour)
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment, strong attention to detail
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), basic typing skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, work effectively as an individual contributor and/or as part of a team
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays

  • Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience
