Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners, assisting in the diagnosis of disease and injury, and ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Position patients and coils on the table to ensure accurate and safe scanning
  • Inject contrast media as required and set technical parameters for optimal image quality
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner and promote a safe work environment
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
