Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Design Systems Architect to join our team in San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO. This role will play a crucial part in advancing our comprehensive design system, ensuring high-quality, consistent experiences across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolving, maintaining, and enhancing our design systems to drive business growth and user engagement.
  • Leveraging expertise in visual design, user experience, and systems thinking to lead multiple significant projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and optimize end-to-end user journeys.
  • Mentoring designers and raising the quality bar across design and product.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience designing and building design systems.
  • A portfolio showcasing shipped experiences and their impact on design systems.
  • Technical knowledge and visual design skills to create intuitive and well-crafted product solutions.
  • Demonstrated power of design to drive business impact.
  • Possession of passion for testing ideas, taking smart risks, and learning from them.
