Estimated Salary Range: $95,000-$130,000 per year

Job Description:

We seek a creative, innovative, and collaborative leader to join our team as a senior landscape architect. The ideal candidate will lead project teams through a collaborative design process, generating thoughtful physical and environment-responsive analyses and cutting-edge design strategies for various project types.

The successful candidate will:

  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to provide guidance to staff;
  • Understand emerging trends in open space and landscape environments;
  • Manage development of design solutions and graphics to support landscape, planning, and urban design projects;
  • Assemble and participate in client presentations;
  • Maintain a professional profile as a thought leader in the field, including speaking publicly and authoring publications;
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions;
  • Secure new business through client relationship development and participate proactively in marketing efforts;
  • Mentor Page landscape architects, guiding their professional development and identifying ongoing training and resource needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A professional degree from a Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB) accredited program;
  • Licenses to practice landscape architecture and certifications from the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards;
  • 10+ years of landscape architecture design experience;
  • LEED accreditation or SITES certification (desired);
  • Experience managing teams across geographies;
  • A portfolio of creative landscape architecture projects demonstrating conceptual design abilities;
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS, Revit, Rhinoceros, and/or other 3D rendering programs such as Enscape or Lumion;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and graphically.
