Job Overview

Volt is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assemblers in Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, inspect, test, repair, and pack QO style electrical breakers with precision and accuracy.
  • Work on a production line in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Stand at a workstation for the entirety of the shift, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, with a focus on creating a quality product.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a desire to meet customer needs.
