Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills and experience. This role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.

To assist our associates in their journey toward U.S. citizenship, Brookdale offers to cover fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholdings, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) collaborate with community management to deliver personalized care to seniors and provide resident status updates at the start and conclusion of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants engage with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and conduct vital sign checks and clinical procedures in accordance with community policies.
  • Provide support with activities of daily living, including bathing, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
  • Successful completion of State CNA course is required, and certification must be maintained.
