Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills and experience. This role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) collaborate with community management to deliver personalized care to seniors and provide resident status updates at the start and conclusion of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants engage with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures in accordance with community policy.
  • Provide support with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
  • Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Certification must be maintained.
