About the Role:
Boone Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will provide speech and swallow therapy services to patients, evaluating and treating a range of conditions. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients, considering their individual needs and goals.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Perform assessments, reassessments, and consultations as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- No prior experience required, but strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Licenses & Certification: Speech-Language Pathologist.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
This is a 24-hour per week position, working 8-hour shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
