Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll play a critical role in creating engaging and effective digital learning solutions that drive business outcomes and support employee growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop multimedia learning experiences that support functional and enterprise learning strategies and initiatives.
  • Solve business problems through learning solutions by understanding root causes, analyzing needs, and measuring results.
  • Develop interactive learning experiences that enable behavior change utilizing a variety of learning modalities.
  • Design and produce visual assets and graphics needed for learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, media developers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and expectations with key cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Learning Design, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related corporate training field.
  • Experience using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, AI video generators, etc.
  • Portfolio demonstrating learning experience design work is required.
  • Experience with visual design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the design, build, and delivery of primarily asynchronous digital learning offerings in large, complex global organizations.
  • Experience with diverse cutting-edge modalities of learning (online, interactive, eLearning, microlearning, VILT, video, gamification, animation, etc.).
  • Experience developing skills-based learning content for individual contributors, managers, and executives, in areas such as leadership development, coaching, career development, talent development, etc.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $86,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
