Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Henderson, NV. As a Home Infusion Pharmacist - Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, reviewing charts and lab results, and communicating with patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate patient charts and lab results to ensure accurate treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers to discuss updates, recommendations, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Directly supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage for patients.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nevada Pharmacist License.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of home infusion or hospital therapy experience.
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
