Home Infusion Pharmacist

CVS Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Henderson, NV. As a key member of our Coram branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to individuals receiving specialized infusion therapy and TPN care in the comfort of their own homes.

• Build strong relationships with patients and caregivers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Participate in patient evaluation and chart review to ensure accurate and safe medication orders.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical and technical information with the healthcare team.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel in compounding, packaging, and labeling of compounded sterile products.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees, performance improvement activities, and educational programs.
• Initiate, review, and update required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Perform accurate computer order-entry, labeling, and dispensing in accordance with policies and procedures and state board of pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain procedures for appropriate security of all legend items, including controlled substances.
• Participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.
• Experience in pricing/underwriting for Pharmacy and/or home infusion, enteral nutrition, TPN.

• Active Registered Nevada Pharmacist License.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team - doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and sales team.
• Ability to multi-task.

• 1 year of home infusion or hospital therapy experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience with pharmacy software (EPIC).

The typical pay range for this role is: $38.63 - $83.17. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
