We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paint Preparation Specialist to join our team at Access Dubuque. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts are properly cleaned and painted to meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare manufactured parts for painting, including removal of oil, grease, and other impurities
  • Operate paint spraying equipment and apply paint to parts as needed
  • Load and unload parts from the carousel as necessary
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and follow safety procedures
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment and paint spraying equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to paint fumes and other chemicals
  • Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
