Job Summary

We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Internal Resource Pool (IRP) team. As an IRP RN, you'll have the flexibility to work on various units and hospitals within our system, with the option to choose from short- or long-term assignments. This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who value flexibility, variety, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve efficient patient outcomes, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and advancing your clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum BSN required.
