Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all branch operations to guarantee safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Direct sales strategies and business initiatives to drive growth.
  • Compile and analyze reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly performance reviews, and annual budgets.
  • Manage human resources matters, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including audits, training, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven management experience with profit and loss accountability.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service expertise, with a preference for outside sales experience.
  • Excellent leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the equipment rental sector is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
