Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Bridgeline Staffing. As a contracted SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and abilities, providing comprehensive speech and language services to support their communication needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to support their communication development.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure students receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
