We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cookie Artisan to join our Crumbl Metairie team. As a key member of our bakery crew, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

• Recipe Execution: Read and understand recipes to produce a variety of cookies and other baked goods.
• Quality Control: Test ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and food safety.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive experience.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old to use industrial equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, particularly when performing quality inspections.
• Teamwork: Be willing to work independently or with others to solve problems and achieve goals.
• Flexibility: Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
