Job OpportunitySouthwestern Oregon Public Defender Services (SWOPDS) is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill a full-time staff attorney position. Our office is a close-knit team of eight lawyers located on Oregon's beautiful adventure coast.Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, as well as juvenile cases and mental commitment hearings.
  • Work with a caseload that includes a mix of case types, with training and mentoring provided for professional development.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced court environment with reasonable caseloads.
