We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Hope. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Maintain a billable schedule of 10-15 direct client service hours, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Client and Technician Coordination: Field client and technician call-offs, coordinate coverage for ABA services, and communicate cancellations to clinical staff.
- Attendance Tracking: Track attendance for behavior technicians and RBTs, providing data to the Clinic Site Lead as required.
- Lunch Coverage: Review and confirm lunch coverage for ABA services, communicating any issues to clinicians.
- Prearranged Absences: Ensure coverage for all prearranged client and technician absences for ABA services.
- Schedule Publication: Enter and publish behavior technician and RBT schedules for ABA services in advance of each service month.
- Master Schedules: Collect and update behavior technician availability in master schedules, as well as client availability based on summer break and school year schedules.
- Collaboration: Work with clinical staff members to develop client and technician schedules, ensuring timely publication of schedules.
- RBT Credential: Possess a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with at least one year of experience working as an RBT in a clinic setting.
- Treatment Fidelity: Maintain a 95% or greater treatment fidelity average for 6+ months.
- Experience: Have at least one year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Performance History: Not have been placed on a performance improvement plan in the year preceding application.
The hourly wage for this position is $18-$18 per hour.
