Key Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to diagnose and monitor cardiovascular conditions.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a comfortable and respectful experience for all patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac sonography, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • Current ARDMS registry in Adult Echocardiography or successful completion of an ultrasound or cardiovascular technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • One year of cardiovascular sonography experience preferred.
