Nurse Care Coordinator

We're currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Special Care Unit, where you'll have the chance to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
As a Registered Nurse in this unit, your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans. You'll also have the chance to participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
