Responsibilities:

* Respond to security and safety calls in a timely manner
* Patrol the facilities and parking lots, search guest bags, prevent prohibited items from entering the facility, investigate incidents, and screen guests with metal detectors, wands, and pat down procedures
* Interact with guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner and comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by the Guest Services team
* Maintain good business relations with all departments and staff
* Communicate positively with patrons while relaying information
* Maintain a cooperative and approachable attitude with guests and staff
* Effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without the loss of composure
* Exhibit maturity by making sound judgments
* Interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances and attempt to diffuse the situation
* Participate in all departmental and companywide meetings
* Maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality
* Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Understand written and spoken English

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience
* Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure
* Physical Requirements: Tasks are performed with moderate supervision. Walking and standing occur 90% of the time. Talking, hearing, walking, running, and vision activities occur continuously.
