Maintenance Manager

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing maintenance teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
