Maintenance Manager

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
