Job Title: NOC RN - 12 Hour Shifts

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Covenant Living. As a NOC RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a 43-bed skilled nursing facility located on the shores of Lake Washington.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. As a NOC RN, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with routine daily direction and monitoring the work of nursing assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
  • Providing direct patient care, including procedures such as catheter placement and care, colostomy care, suction, dressings, naso-gastric tubes, and other treatments.
  • Communicating effectively with the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing regarding observations, suggestions, and concerns.
  • Participating in report at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure proper information about residents is communicated.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
  • A current license in good standing as an LPN/LVN in the State.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
  • A strong commitment to standards and principles of professional nursing.
