About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team at PPL Motorhomes. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient repair processes, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt and courteous service to all RV Service department customers
    • Answer incoming service department phone calls and direct calls to appropriate departments as needed
  • Administrative Duties
    • Perform administrative tasks for the service department, including correspondence, faxing, filing, and follow-up emails
  • Repair Coordination
    • Coordinate sublet repairs as needed
    • Assist with manufacturer delivery check-ins and warranty claim pictures
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
    • Reconcile repair orders and verify warranty return parts
  • Customer Communication
    • Notify customers when repairs are completed and the vehicles are ready for exit-walk/demo
    • Review and explain repairs with customers, including associated costs
  • CSI Surveys
    • Maintain and review dealership CSI surveys
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Dealership Experience
    • Preferred experience working in a dealership environment
  • System Operations
    • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, DRM, and CRM systems
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Driver's License and Record
    • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Attendance and Punctuality
    • On-time attendance and punctuality are essential
