Maintenance Technician Level I

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities. This includes cleaning, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, as well as performing minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities
• Clean and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
Work Environment:
The work environment is a fast-paced, manufacturing job-shop. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of settings, including production areas, warehouses, and office spaces.
