Position: Senior Automation Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Programming:
    • Oversee the design and programming of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, integrating sophisticated control algorithms, sequences, and visual representations.
    • Devise innovative solutions tailored to meet unique client specifications and project demands.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Manage DDC projects, encompassing system design, project scheduling, and collaboration with management and clients.
    • Guide and mentor junior programmers and engineering personnel.
  • Commissioning and Quality Assurance:
    • Supervise the commissioning and testing of systems to verify functionality and compliance with design specifications.
    • Establish quality assurance protocols to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting:
    • Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges associated with DDC systems.
    • Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Produce comprehensive documentation, including system schematics and user guides, for client reference and maintenance.
    • Communicate progress and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Engage closely with clients to ascertain project requirements and deliver technical assistance.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Energy Efficiency:
    • Guarantee that DDC systems adhere to industry standards and regulations.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance DDC systems for improved energy efficiency.
  • Continual Learning and Innovation:
    • Remain updated on industry advancements and propose innovative solutions for DDC control systems.
    • Research and implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance DDC programming and control methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role with progressive responsibilities.

Additional Qualifications:

  • In-depth experience with DDC systems, both hardware and software, alongside advanced programming capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading DDC projects and managing teams effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, particularly in complex situations.
