Job Overview

About the Role
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to patients from newborn to geriatric age groups, adhering to the policies and procedures of the Department of Nursing and complying with the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act. This role involves functioning independently within established department policies and goals, referring problems to the nurse manager or supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients, administering prescribed medications and intravenous solutions safely.
- Collect relevant patient health data, analyze assessment data, and develop individualized plans of care to achieve expected outcomes.
- Evaluate patient progress, document medical records, and provide education and counseling to patients and their families.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required. Experience with Meditech software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

What We Offer
