Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care to patients across various age groups and backgrounds. With a focus on patient rights, mission, vision, and values, our RNs deliver tailored care that addresses individual needs and promotes optimal functioning and comfort.

As a valued member of our team, the Registered Nurse assumes full responsibility for quality nursing care, including health maintenance, education, counseling, and restoration. They may delegate tasks to other RNs or healthcare personnel, ensuring seamless patient care.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent assessment, clinical, organizational, and computer skills. Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, is essential for successful collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements
  • BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program preferred
  • Current RN license & BLS required
  • 1-2 years of acute Med/Surg experience strongly preferred in a hospital setting
  • Excellent assessment skills, clinical skills, and organizational skills
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and local market rates. This figure takes into account factors such as education level, experience, and location.
