Value Analysis Team Program Coordinator

The Value Analysis Team Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes and driving value to the organization. This position demands strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate Value Analysis Team meetings, ensuring timely communication and organization.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take comprehensive meeting notes, and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate content for presentations, ensuring alignment with meeting objectives and Value Analysis Team process.
- Ensure project material to be presented is complete based on pre-established criteria.
- Facilitate the annual development of Value Analysis Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for each Value Analysis Team and alignment of those metrics across all Value Analysis Teams.
- Track and monitor performance progress, providing regular updates and reports.
- Ensure alignment and coordination of Value Analysis Team activities with strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between different Value Analysis Teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment.
- Coordinate and compile content for report-outs to the steering committee and executive sponsors, including supporting the development of presentation materials.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge across Value Analysis Teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the execution of communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Facilitate internal communications within the Supply Chain department and across the organization.
- Support external communication efforts, including vendor interactions.
- Develop and maintain Value Analysis Team program material on internal and external databases.
- Support adherence to the Value Analysis Team process, ensuring alignment to process steps and adherence to content criteria checklists.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to Value Analysis Team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Develop Value Analysis Team education materials for new members and stakeholders impacted by Value Analysis Team's work, including ongoing Value Analysis Team-related education.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role within a healthcare supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other project management tools.
- Masters Degree.
- Certification in supply chain management and/or project management.
- Knowledge of value analysis processes and supply chain management principles is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create presentations from defined content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and projects.
