Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$135,000 per year, based on location and experience.

About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Safety Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protecting employees, clients, and the public. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling site safety audits and ensuring start-up safety procedures have been followed
  • Maintaining an appropriate site inspection schedule based on project size, hazard exposures, client requirements, and training needs
  • Enforcing the Haskell Code of Safe Practices throughout the project
  • Ensuring all project documentation is maintained and readily accessible
  • Assisting the project superintendent with safety administrative requirements, including accident investigation and recordkeeping

Required Skills and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of four years' experience in the construction industry
  • Completion of OSHA Course #500
  • A thorough understanding of and ability to enforce federal, state, local, and corporate regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures
