We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Manager to join our team at Qwalifize LLC. As a key member of our global e-commerce operations, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing large-scale distributed systems that drive our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and manage a high-performing supply chain tech team in the US, focusing on nurturing talent and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the development of advanced e-commerce supply chain technologies, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fulfillment networks, and inventory forecasting and planning tools.
  • Define and implement a long-term technical roadmap for the team, breaking it down into actionable projects with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic input on technical decisions and guide the team in executing projects that align with product and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing or leading a software engineering team.
  • Background in large-scale system development, with a proven track record of handling complex systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Experience with e-commerce supply chain processes and familiarity with the challenges and solutions specific to e-commerce logistics and fulfillment.
