PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Receive drink orders from patrons and input them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver orders in accordance with established service standards.
  • Prepare items requested by guests at their tables; proactively anticipate their needs.
  • Complete designated side tasks such as cleaning workstations, replenishing supplies, and more.
  • Polish utensils, clean glassware, and set up service carts to prepare dining areas and stations. Disassemble stations, carts, and tables at the conclusion of service hours.
  • Provide detailed menu descriptions to guests and respond to any questions they may have.
  • Consistently monitor food and service quality to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a respectful and courteous manner.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English to manage reports, correspondence, and guest interactions.
  • Capable of understanding and executing various instructions provided in written, verbal, or visual formats.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
  • Dedicated to meeting or exceeding the expectations of both internal and external clients.
