Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering rehabilitation services to residents in various units, including Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical therapy services to residents, working closely with a full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities;
- Collaborating with the leadership team and maintaining strong relationships with TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team;
- Participating in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A licensed Physical Therapist certification;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents;
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment, prioritizing resident needs and satisfaction;
