We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paramedic to join our team at Allegiance Mobile Health. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including emergency and non-emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing direct patient care and transportation as needed
- Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate medical interventions, including administering medications and performing procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other emergency responders, including police and fire departments, to ensure effective response and care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; paramedic certification in the State of Texas preferred
- CPR certification and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training required
- Valid Texas driver's license and insurable driving record required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 125 lbs. independently required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
