Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our sales operations in one of our flagship stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  2. Lead a team of sales associates and designers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership position, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
