In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment by loading and unloading the dishwasher, as well as performing general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove food residue from plates and utensils
  • Pre-rinse and load dishes, glasses, and tableware into the dishwasher
  • Unload the dishwasher and put items away in their designated areas
  • Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
