2. Engage in emergency clean-up operations related to water or fire damage, as well as support for special events.
3. Maintain cleanliness in various areas including hallways, stairways, elevators, and administrative spaces.
4. Utilize standard cleaning tools and materials while adhering to safety regulations and protocols.

Additional Duties:
1. Conduct window cleaning and dusting of fixtures and handrails.
2. Manage waste disposal and litter removal from designated areas.
3. Monitor supply inventory and communicate needs to supervisors to ensure adequate resources are available.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of custodial experience is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license from the relevant jurisdiction.
- Basic proficiency in English for understanding instructions and policies.

Work Environment:
