Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative ultrasound solutions for interventional radiology procedures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering world-class solutions for clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization, ensuring timely product delivery and market success.
  • Own the product roadmap, working closely with R&D, clinical specialists, and regulatory teams to prioritize features that meet clinical and business objectives.
  • Gather insights from radiologists, interventional clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure products address clinical needs and improve procedural outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate clinical needs into detailed product specifications.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing key performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform continuous product improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, or imaging sector.
  • Experience in interventional radiology, ultrasound, or image-guided medical procedures highly preferred.
  • Proven success in managing products from concept through launch in a regulated healthcare or medical device environment.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and holiday pay. Details regarding our benefits can be found at benefitsatshs.com.
