Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchens across multiple locations. As a key member of our restaurant group, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, while ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement menu items, recipes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with upper management to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in kitchen management, preferably in a multi-location quick service restaurant environment.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and safety and sanitation practices.
  • Proven ability to manage food costs and inventory effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
