Job Summary

The Financial Sales Representative is a key role at Marquette Bank, responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and identifying opportunities to increase customer profitability. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, including effective listening and communication, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and promote appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a telephone calling program to introduce new products and services to assigned customers
  • Build and maintain consultative selling relationships with customers through personal contact and regular communication
  • Analyze customer needs and promote appropriate products and services to increase profitability
  • Identify and pursue external opportunities for new customers, including personal and professional contacts
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years financial sales or comparable experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including good oral communication and quality customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully complete extensive product and sales training
