Urban Counseling Collective (UCC) recognizes that our practice's strength lies in our outstanding clinicians. We empower our therapists to cultivate a successful and fulfilling caseload within a culture that values innovation, professionalism, and a healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for both full-time and part-time roles.
Flexible scheduling options are available, including a hybrid work model.
Compensation Package:
- The salary range for this role is between $64,300 and $114,300 annually. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are available. Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an Independent Mental Health License in Oregon
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling discipline
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience as an independent mental health provider
- Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Proficient in computer and basic technology skills
- A proven track record of professional development and growth
- Self-driven and independent clinicians who can quickly establish rapport with clients
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Competence in managing a diverse range of clinical issues
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Experience in couples or family therapy
- Background in health psychology
