Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health

About the Role:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist with Mercy Health by Compassus, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, empowering them to live safely and productively. You will help patients and families adapt their environment, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve participation in daily activities and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
• Work with patients in their homes to assess and address their occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Utilize durable medical equipment and other resources to support patients' independence

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist
• Valid Driver's License
• Current CPR, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination
• Two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
