Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Paducah, Kentucky.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a start date as soon as possible. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
  • Develop and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
  • Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification.
  • Minimum one year of professional working experience.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
