Job Overview

The Area Property Supervisor will play a crucial role in the formulation and oversight of organizational policies and procedures pertinent to property oversight. This position entails the recruitment, training, development, and management of on-site personnel, while also sharing the responsibility for ensuring the physical and financial success of designated properties.

This role will also involve supporting the Senior Area Property Supervisor and other management with various special initiatives as required. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding and experience in managing new construction and lease-up operations, in addition to prior experience in overseeing multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regional travel as necessary.
  • Demonstrate multi-site management experience.
  • Oversee multiple property managers effectively.

Please note: Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
