Neuro ICU RN Fellowship

UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro ICU team as a Critical Care Fellow. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in critical care nursing and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Job Summary:The Neuro ICU RN Fellowship is a comprehensive program designed to equip nurses with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. As a fellow, you will work closely with our experienced critical care team to develop your skills in patient assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your critical care skills
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado
- 6 months of nursing experience in a critical care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- A comprehensive orientation program to support your transition to the Neuro ICU
- Ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your critical care skills
