We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to serve as a vital link between our residents, care staff, and other facility staff. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining safety, preventing falls and elopements, and monitoring residents for any changes in condition.

**Immediate Need:** We currently have openings for 1st and 2nd shift positions.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Dressing and Grooming Residents
  • Bathing and Hygiene Assistance
  • Oral and Skin Care
  • Feeding and Nutrition Support
  • Bed Making and Laundry Services
  • Toileting Assistance and Hygiene Support
  • Taking Vital Signs (Temperature, Pulse, Blood Pressure)
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
