About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Divine Steps ABA Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA programs for clients, as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or qualified health professionals.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, working collaboratively to achieve treatment goals.
  • Document client sessions, including data collection, session notes, and timesheets.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, sharing case updates, schedule changes, and availability.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions and team meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Background screening and clearance.
  • Current driver's license in the state of residence, with an acceptable driving record.
  • Attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • RBT Certification is required.
