We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Divine Steps ABA Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized ABA programs for clients, as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or qualified health professionals.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, working collaboratively to achieve treatment goals.
- Document client sessions, including data collection, session notes, and timesheets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, sharing case updates, schedule changes, and availability.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions and team meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background screening and clearance.
- Current driver's license in the state of residence, with an acceptable driving record.
- Attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- RBT Certification is required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $26-$31.
- Flexible scheduling, including part-time and full-time opportunities.
